Eternal MedSpa maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services and products. All sales are final. In certain circumstances, and at the sole discretion of management, a credit may be issued that can be used exclusively at Eternal MedSpa for future services.

THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION OR TREATMENT.

CANCELLATION

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice to accommodate changes to your appointment schedule and minimize disruptions to our business operations.

Please review the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or collected upon the client's next visit.

Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows is $50.00. This fee helps compensate for the lost revenue and time that could have been allocated to another client.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Communication: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by contacting us directly via phone or email. Appointment cancellations or changes made through our online booking system must also adhere to this cancellation policy.
